Exence supports
and guides active development of co-workers and organisations.
Exence starts from the idea that:
organisations are living organisms with rational
and emotional processes that need to find the balance between interests of co-workers
and other stakeholders, innovation and preservation, between the short and the
long term and company and society. |
|
co-workers make
the difference and should have the opportunity to grow, knowing that
they are supported and inspired by their environment. After all they
are the true bearers of knowledge and ideas.
creativity is a fundamental breeding
ground. By creating room for dialogue, experiments and imagination
new insights will emerge, frames of mind are stretched and goals
are achieved.

values become
more important. First considered as ‘soft’, it now appears
that they help us to be successful. Emotion is relevant in doing
business.
active development means progress, because
personal, economic and social developments are inextricably interrelated. |

Exence helps by advice, process and
personal coaching and guidance with
kickstarting people and organisations.

we reduce questions to the essence,
connect content, process and form,
encourage asking questions,
recognize emotions,
acknowledge curiosity,
question conventions,
make the invisible visible,
reinforce the dialogue,
look for beauty,
(re)discover creativity,
and bring structure
in a rhythm that is right. |
|
we
operate from the principle of a workshop in which we create
a custom-made approach in consultation with the client. Depending
on the issue, we compose a team consisting of co-workers from the
organisation, Exence and, if necessary, other creative thinkers and
doers. Starting point is that we are not longer present than needed.
This could mean that we arrange a work session, coach a team, or design
and guide a (culture) change route. Wherever relevant we provide
communication forms and ways of working appealing to everyone’s
imagination.
